Always make sure the eyes are clean and dry before applying. Tilt the head back slightly and apply 1-2 drops into each eye at bedtime. After application, close the eyes and gently massage any overflow around the eye area. Do not use with contact lenses in place.

These castor oil eye drops are helping to repair and calm a minor tear in one of my eyes called 'epithelial basement membrane dystrophy'. I use the drops in my other unaffected eye to mitigate dry eye due to aging. I feel that the drops are effective and soothing, and I use them mostly on a daily basis at bedtime. My optometrist noticed improvement with the dystrophy after about 9 months of using the drops.
I use these drops at night just before bed. My sight has improved considerably, and I’m sure any potential cataracts are clearing. Time will tell but at the last visit to the optician I was told that nothing had changed over two years with regard to the growth of cataracts.
