Why is Gelatine so beneficial for the joints?

Gelatine is obtained by boiling the bones of large horned livestock. It forms a jelly containing two amino acids: Proline and Hydroxyprolin, which are necessary for the construction of the body's major structural protein, collagen. Increasing collagen levels available to the body has a positive impact on the recovery of connective tissue, internal fibers and small vessels.

Gelatine is a useful product of exceptional quality for health improvement:

Strengthens joints and heart muscle

Improves metabolism

Increases mental ability

Maintains healthy skin condition

Impoves elasticity and strength of tendons and ligaments

You should take a tablespoon of it twice daily, once before the breakfast, and again before your lunch.

It is a safe and highly effective way to reduce the pain in the knees, and strengthen the tendons and cartilage.
