INGREDIENTS & BENEFITS:
Coconut Oil (Organic, Cold-Pressed).
Kills harmful microorganisms (e.g., candida, decay bacteria) while supporting good ones. Also provides smooth texture and binding.
Diatomaceous Earth. 
A natural source of silica, essential for strong bones, hair, nails, and teeth. DE supports calcium absorption, improves tooth mineralization, and gently polishes teeth.
Xylitol.
A sugar alcohol that bad bacteria cannot metabolize, leading to their death. 
Supports remineralization and adds sweetness whilst destroying harmful bacteria.
Bicarbonate of Soda.
A mild abrasive that dissolves without grit. Its alkalinity helps neutralize excess mouth acid.
Himalayan Rock Salt.
Rich in over 84 minerals and trace elements, including calcium, magnesium, and iron.
Peppermint Essential Oil.
A natural antiseptic that adds a refreshing flavour and promotes fresh breath.

USAGE.
As a Toothpaste.
Glide your toothbrush over this paste and brush teeth, gums, and tongue for 2 minutes. Rinse with clean water and spit out. This paste will be firmer in cooler environments and runnier when warm.
Oil Pulling. 
Swish a small blob of paste through your mouth for at least 5 minutes. Spit out and rinse. Try not to eat or drink for at least half an hour to assist with remineralisation of teeth and destruction of harmful plaque and bacteria.
